Pippa Middleton's toy-gun-toting companion Arthur de Soultrait apologizes for tabloid scandal - One of  Pippa Middleton's pistol-waving friends is très désolé over a foul joke gone wrong. Middleton was reportedly on her due to a lavish costume party to celebrate de Soultrait’s birthday. But it had been de Soultrait who was apologetic relating to ruining the group’s outing that day. “Obviously, Philippa had no concept he was planning to try this and told him to stop immediately,” he continued in his statement. “She did not notice it funny.

“I regret enormously that this incident happened, and notably that Pippa has been subject to subsequent attention through no fault of her own. I even have apologized to her for this.”

If prosecuted for having a gun in public, Middleton might have faced up to seven years in jail if the gun were real, and up to two years though it had been not, in step with French law.
